Losing someone you love is hard enough.

Finding a way to honor them shouldn't be.

When my father passed away in the spring of 2019, my family was overwhelmed, the arrangements, the calls, the paperwork. And then came the moment we had to choose an urn.

We searched online for hours. What we found was disappointing: mass-produced containers that felt cold and generic, or beautiful handcrafted pieces priced so high that families already stretched thin simply couldn't afford them. Nothing felt right. Nothing felt like him.

That moment stayed with me.

A few months later, after countless conversations with artisans and craftspeople, Olivia Memorials was born, named after my grandmother Olivia, who taught me that the way we say goodbye matters just as much as everything that came before.
